Saturday, April 22nd: Couch to 5K (Week 7, Day 3) – Miss… sad. But I’m trekkin ahead..
Wednesday, April 25th: Couch to 5K (Week 8, Day 1) – CHECK! (Kinda.. this one was a little discouraging to be honest)
Friday, April 27th: Couch to 5K (Week 8, Day 2) – CHECK!
Saturday, April 29th: Couch to 5K (Week 8, Day 3) – CHECK! (WOO HOO!)
Monday, May 2nd: Couch to 5K (Week 9, Day 1) – CHECK! (Kinda.. had to walk a few minutes in between but pulled through)
Thursday, May 5th: Couch to 5K (Week 9, Day 2) – I ran the actual route of my 5K for next week. With some walking, I completed the 3.1 mile course in approximately 34 minutes. I AM PUMPED.
Sunday, May 8th: Couch to 5K (Week 9, Day 3!!!!!!!) – CHECK!!!! 3 miles in 32:20. Felt amazing and now I know I can do it!!

I’ve been itching to try this, too, but never can seem to stick with it past Week 1. Keep up the good work. I just came across your site, but a standby recipe I’ve liked is Ellie Krieger’s White Chili, if you haven’t tried it already. I think it’s killer. Have a nice day!
